Meet our wonderful Legal Team!

COVE's Legal Team ensures that COVE follows all legal policy to be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the state of New York. Legal is responsible for managing all internal documents, developing internal governance rules, managing non-profit incorporation and tax exempt status requirements, addressing remote tutoring liability concerns, and creating legal documents alongside our pro-bono lawyers.
