COVE's Outreach Team is responsible for recruiting administrative volunteers, tutors, teachers, and families which make up the heart of our organization! Outreach coordinates recruitment, develops integrative strategies to recruit volunteers and families, and works with community-based organizations to develop partnerships and lasting community bonds!
